Individual & Family Resilience

This program is designed to provide tailored support to the Unit’s alumni and their families, based on the understanding that the family is a central anchor in coping with the challenges of military service and reserve duty. We support spouses, partners, and their families, strengthening relationships and providing tools for effective communication and shared coping – rooted in the belief that resilience is built together, at home.

What Does the Support Include?

Psycho-educational Lectures

Practical knowledge and tools for strengthening individual, couples, and family resilience.

Consultation Sessions with Experienced Professionals

Personal or couples' emotional support, offered with sensitivity, discretion, and a customized approach.

Processing Workshops for Spouses and Partners of Reserve Personnel

A safe space for sharing, a safe and supportive environment, and emotional processing.

Workshops for Couples

Strengthening communication, collaborative coping with changes, and building a stable foundation for the relationship.
